CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon your arrival date, should you be running late and need to check-in after 6 pm please alert us, in due time, via email or telephone. Please remember that you will be able to pay the due balance for your stay in person at the Rifugio.

In view of the large number of requests, visitors are kindly asked to give us notice of the cancellation in due time. This courtesy will allow us to meet the booking requests of other guests.

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay you will receive no refund but you will be able to book different dates.

If you don’t call us to cancel within 48 hours or do not show for the booking, there is no refund.
